Matthew Baker

I am a Change Management and Learning & Development professional with over a decade of experience in designing user-centered graphics, audio, and instructional materials, as well as managing projects. I am skilled in a range of delivery models including blended learning, instructor-led training, web-based training, on-the-job training, job-aids, rapid prototyping, and e-learning. My expertise in organizational change management allows me to effectively influence, partner, drive projects, and execute at all levels within a complex organization while ensuring that strategy stays aligned with mission. I currently work as Change Management Consultant for Veolia North America's Digital Business and Tranformation Domain, and previously worked for Verizon North America in Sales Enablement. I hold degrees in Instructional Design, Applied Physics, and Organizational Management.

I have cohosted and produced three podcasts: War Machine, The Catacombic Machine, and most recently Interrupted, the official podcast of the Westar Institute. Additionally, I cofounded The Radical Theology Seminar in 2021. My interests are wide ranging: design, philosophy, anthropology, esoterica, music, theology, politics, and so on.
